THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Export Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate is confident making informed decisions, proactive in asking questions when needed, and committed to delivering exceptional service while managing export operations with accuracy and efficiency.
This role is key in ensuring the seamless coordination of export operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate end-to-end export shipments via Ocean freight.
- Book shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve shipping delays, documentation discrepancies, and logistics issues.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate export documentation
- Maintain accurate export files and shipment records.
- Update ERP and export management systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve export processes.
- Assist in reducing freight costs and improving delivery performance.
- Solve customer inquiries regarding their purchase orders inclusive of out-of-stock products, pricing and substitute products available.
- Communicate with customers, logistics teams, and other departments to ensure timely deliveries or delays.
- Pallet control – address any shortages and errors and ensure supply of pallets
- Adhere to all OH&S regulations
THE ESSENTIALS
- Experience within a logistics, warehousing or export administration environment
- Precise invoicing of orders managing exact paperwork or email requirements
- Clear and defined communication with customers both internal and external
- Remain calm under pressure
- Problem solving skills
