THE ROLE

 

Labour Connect is currently seeking reliable and experienced HR and MR Drivers to join a professional team of truck drivers, delivering our clients’ goods and services safely and efficiently across Sydney.

 

This role will see you delivering goods safely and efficiently across Sydney while ensuring timely and professional service to customers. Working within a fast-paced transport environment, you will operate HR or MR vehicles across various delivery routes, allowing you to grow into a role where your limitations are only what you put on yourself.

 

SHIFT TIMES & RATES

 

• Mon–Fri work (occasional Sunday – double time)
• 8–10-hour shifts
• Morning: 5:00am – 6:00am start
• Night: 6:00pm – 7:00pm start
• MR Drivers: $32.84 P/H (day) | $40.72 P/H (night)
• HR Drivers: $33.21 P/H (day) | $41.18 P/H (night)

 

DUTIES

 

• Safely operate HR/MR vehicles for multi-drop deliveries across Sydney
• Manually load and unload goods at warehouse and customer locations
• Secure and handle freight to prevent damage in transit
• Complete delivery runs on time and follow scheduled routes
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries and pickups

 

 

THE ESSENTIALS

 

• Required to hold an existing MR or HR driver’s License.
• MR or HR driving experience required
• Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks up to (25kgs-35kgs).
• Full Australian working rights
