ABOUT THE ROLE

You are the critical link between transformation tactics and operational reality providing data analysis, reporting your findings while operationally administering Support for the logistics team.

Reporting to DC Manager with work apportioned directly from site Client Management you are maintaining data and live reporting will see you ensuring procedures are not just implemented but delivering desired results.

Working closely with site leadership the focus on continuous improvement practices into daily operations are paramount to the data you harvest then deliver in this role.

• Collect, analyse, and report on operational data to identify trends and performance drivers
• Coordinate and deliver accurate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

• Champion inventory reconciliation
• Producing data between the client & 3PL operating systems,
• Oversee clients’ administrative return inventory transfers.
• Develop and maintain reporting on daily, weekly and monthly to track performance indicators
• Provide day to day administrative support to clients with transacting and trouble shooting in tools such as SAP,
• Tracking inbound and outbound shipments
• Operating directly with operations to support arrangement of daily workstreams.
• Retain inventory balance between company and clients, through daily inventory reconciliation,
• Conduct investigations on discrepancies and escalating for solutions
• Oversee internal Stock Transfer Order movements, and daily customer returns

• The role requires high level of liaising and engagement with various stakeholders within the business requiring seamless communication and execution in managing major accounts
• Experience working within warehousing, logistics, or complex operations
• The capacity to influence, negotiate, and connect with stakeholders.
• An outcome focussed operator who can operate in a changing and timeline driven environment
