Civil Excavator Operators
Are you an experienced excavator operator looking for your next opportunity in the civil construction industry? Labour Connect is currently hiring skilled Civil Excavator Operators to join a number of active projects across the Sydney. These are casual roles with consistent hours, offering a great chance to work with leading contractors while earning excellent rates.
If you take pride in your workmanship, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you. You'll be operating excavators ranging from 1.5T to 30T and performing tasks such as trenching, site preparation, detailed excavation, and civil demolition across a variety of job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a range of excavators from 1.5T to 30T on civil construction sites
- Perform civil demolition, detailed excavation/ final trim, trenching, and site preparation
What You Need:
- Current Excavator Ticket and White Card
- Proven experience in civil demo and final trim work
- Reliable transport
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
What’s on Offer:
- $50 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
- Multiple job sites across Sydney
- Casual roles with consistent hours – up to and beyond 38 hours per week
