THE OPPORTUNITY

Expanding across Construction, Civil, Warehousing & Logistics, FMCG, Manufacturing, Aviation, Traffic Management and Engineering, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

We typically promote from within; however, our persistent growth has created new opportunities for an experienced recruitment professional to join us from the wider NSW market.

We are particularly interested in professionals with experience across:

  • Civil Construction
  • Warehousing & Logistics
  • FMCG
  • Manufacturing
  • Traffic Management
  • Engineering

 

You may already have an established network, client portfolio or specialise in the market within one of these sectors. We will provide the platform for you to leverage that experience and develop it further with Labour Connect.

 

THE ROLE

You will take ownership of your recruitment desk and be responsible for developing both existing and new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing an established client portfolio
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying recruitment opportunities within existing accounts
  • Developing new client relationships and networks
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and representing quality candidates.
  • Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
  • Leveraging Labour Connects’ existing candidate database and recruitment platforms.
  • Providing market knowledge and recruitment advice to clients
  • Developing your specialist industry vertical
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Labour Connect team.
  • Taking accountability for your commercial and recruitment outcomes
