Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated Recruitment Consultants to join our Kingsgrove office and help drive the next stage of our expansion.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team with an established client base, strong leadership support and uncapped earning potential.

 

About The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Business development and client acquisition
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Candidate sourcing and interviewing
• Managing existing client accounts
• Filling temporary and permanent vacancies
• Conducting site visits and client meetings
• Negotiating rates and service agreements
• Achieving weekly sales and recruitment targets
• Maintaining accurate records within our CRM

 

What We're Looking For

We are interested in speaking with people who have:

• Recruitment experience (preferred)
• Labour hire or staffing industry experience
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A current driver's licence

We will also consider candidates with strong B2B sales experience looking to transition into recruitment.
