THE ROLE

 

As the business continues to expand into 2026, they are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician to support ongoing service and maintenance contracts across their commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on split systems, package units, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, and refrigeration plant
• Perform breakdown response and emergency callouts as required
• Complete minor installation and upgrade works
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation
• Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and internal teams
• Follow company safety procedures and industry compliance standards

 

THE ESSENTIALS

• Minimum 1-year licensed experience as a qualified HVAC/R Technician
• Relevant trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence (mandatory)
• Restricted Electrical Licence (advantageous)
• White Card (desirable)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience in commercial maintenance environments
