Labour Connect is currently recruiting experienced High Reach, Counterbalance & LO Operators for an industry-leading client based in Erskine Park. These positions offer ongoing day shift work, great team culture, and strong potential for long-term opportunities.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

• High Reach putaways, replenishment & pallet movements

• Counterbalance forklift operation – loading/unloading trucks

• LO order picking, RF scanning & stock handling

• General warehouse duties & manual handling

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

 

WHAT WE NEED

• Current LF and/or LO licence

• Experience operating High Reach, Counterbalance, or LO machinery

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Reliable, punctual, and strong attention to safety

• Full working rights in Australia are required
