THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Civil Labourer to join a busy subdivision project based in Austral.

Working alongside a highly skilled civil construction team, you will be involved in a variety of tasks across subdivision works, helping to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is an ongoing, long-term opportunity offering consistent hours and the potential for overtime.

Duties will include:

• Assisting with subdivision and civil construction works
• General labouring and site clean-up duties
• Working around civil machinery and plant equipment
• Assisting tradespeople and machine operators as required
• Manual handling and use of hand and power tools
• Maintaining a safe and compliant worksite at all times
• Following site instructions and adhering to project timelines
• Supporting the delivery of works across various stages of the subdivision project

THE ESSENTIAL

• Previous experience working within civil construction environments

• Experience on subdivision projects highly regarded

• White Card (essential)

• Reliable transport and ability to get to Austral daily

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual attitude

THE OFFER

• Austral location
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (45-minute break)
• Occasional Saturday overtime available
• Ongoing long-term position
• $38.00 per hour + super (TFN)
• Stable work with a respected civil contractor
