THE ROLE

Labour Connect is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Finishes Foreman to join a high-profile commercial project located in the Eastern Suburbs.

This role will see you overseeing the finishing stages of the project, coordinating trades, managing defects, and ensuring works are completed to the highest standard in line with project deadlines.

DUTIES

Supervising finishing trades on site.

Coordinating daily site activities and trade sequencing.

Managing defects and quality assurance inspections.

Ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.

Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Monitoring project progress and maintaining high presentation standards.

THE ESSENTIALS

Previous experience working as a Finishes Foreman on commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of fit-out and finishing stages of construction.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and programs.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Strong eye for detail and quality workmanship.

Valid White Card and full working rights in Australia.
