THE ROLE

A maternity leave contract role has come into fruition for a talented and proficient HR Coordinator to join the team to provide hands-on operational HR support across the manufacturing site, safeguarding the effective day-to-day delivery of HR provisions.
 
This role is the first point of contact for all HR requests and plays a critical role in maintaining labour force controls, supporting compliance, and warranting a positive employee environment in a in a fast-paced changing environment.

Duties will include

  • HR Operations & Employee Support
  • Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR system data
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for employees and labour hire contractors
  • Deliver and organise company, WHS, and food safety inductions
  • Support payroll administration, including timesheet processing and data validation
  • Maintain and administer Employment Hero for data integrity
  • Prepare and maintain regular HR statutory reports
  • Support monthly HR reporting and statistics, providing insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate recruitment administration, job posting, screening, interview scheduling.
  • Consult to hiring managers to guarantee a effective recruitment process
  • Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment records
  • Coordinate training activities, maintain accurate training records
  • Monitor compliance requirements, licences, certifications, onboarding completion
  • Provide administrative support for WHS processes, including incident reporting tracking and record keeping
  • Ensure WHS documentation is maintained in line with compliance requirements
  • Respond to HR enquiries across multiple channels
  • Coordinate inductions and onboarding documentation
  • Update Employment Hero and maintain employee records
  • Process and review timesheets for payroll
  • Prepare and update HR reports
  • Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment logistics
  • Track training and compliance requirements
  • Assist with WHS documentation and RTW cases
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding tasks

THE ESSENTIALS

  • Minimum of 2 years +' experience in a HR Coordinator /Administrator
  • Confident using HRIS systems (Employment Hero highly regarded)
  • Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Have worked within a manufacturing or operational environment (highly regarded)
