THE ROLE
As the business continues to expand into 2026, they are seeking an experienced HVAC/R Technician to support ongoing service and maintenance contracts across their commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on split systems, package units, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, and refrigeration plant
- Perform breakdown response and emergency callouts as required
- Complete minor installation and upgrade works
- Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation
- Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and internal teams
- Follow company safety procedures and industry compliance standards
THE ESSENTIALS
- Minimum 1-year licensed experience as a qualified HVAC/R Technician
- Relevant trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence (mandatory)
- Restricted Electrical Licence (advantageous)
- White Card (desirable)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience in commercial maintenance environments
